Delivery Policy:
UK Deliveries
All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment received.
All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
All deliveries to UK destinations are set at £6.00. This includes all packaging.
Delivery charges will vary depending upon the amount of items ordered and the nature of the items ordered.
Delivery time
We aim to deliver within 2 working days following the payment being received.
Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon Monday to Friday will be sent the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If any item is out of stock when you purchase it, we will notify you.
Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Please obtain an authorisation code from The Hidden Wardrobe and then return items to us directly including the order reference number, reason for return of the item and the original invoice slip stating authorisation code.
Returns are not accepted on items returned outside of the refund period date. Also, ensure that the item is returned in the original condition. We cannot accept returns that have been worn.
We offer exchange for colour / size changes if requested. Please contact us at info@thehiddenwardrobe.com for more information.
We advise you get proof of posting up to the value of your item (recorded or special delivery is recommended) to track and prove you sent the item if it gets lost in the post. Without this, we cannot refund items that go missing on return. All returns are your responsibility until they arrive at The Hidden Wardrobe.
The refund will be processed once received by The Hidden Wardrobe. Please note all refunds will be made within 30 days and it may take 2-3 working days from the date of refund to show on your account.
You will be refunded onto the card in which you made the payment for your purchase.
If we have sent out the wrong item, please email us at info@thehiddenwardrobe.com, quoting your order number, name, address and item you did want to order and we will be in touch.
Refunding delivery charges:
Faulty and damaged goods or if we have sent out the wrong item, we will refund the delivery charges of sending the item to you.
If you are returning an unsuitable item the delivery and return costs are your responsibility.
The Hidden Wardrobe reserves the right to refunds.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
